The government of Uttar Pradesh wants to move some teachers to different schools. They have asked teachers to fill a form online if they want to change their school. The form is available from June 9 to June 14, 2023.

The form is free for everyone. No one has to pay any money to fill it.

To fill the form, teachers have to do these things:

1. Go to the website of the government that looks after schools in Uttar Pradesh.
2. Click on the button that says “Teacher Transfer Online Form 2023”.
3. Type your ID and phone number to login.
4. Type your details like where you work now, where you want to work, how much you earn, and some numbers from your cards.
5. Choose the school that you want to go to.
6. Click on the “Submit” button.

You will get a message on your phone that says your form is done.

• Form starts: June 9, 2023
• Form ends: June 14, 2023

Who can fill the form?

• You must be a teacher who works for the government in Uttar Pradesh.
• You must have worked in the same place for at least five years.
• You must have good marks in your studies.
• You must be healthy and able to do your job.

What do you need to fill the form?

• The form that you filled online.
• Copies of your certificates that show your education and work experience.
• Copies of your cards that have your name and photo on them.
• A photo of yourself.

The government will check your form and see if you can change your school. They will make a list of teachers who can move. They will send you to the school that you chose.
